Italia is all about food and family and over Montina you have the wife serving, the husband cooking and their daughter learning with her grandma. Now let's talk about the food. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce perfectly made. The fries were crunchy and dry, not soggy and full of oil. The cotolleta was crunchy and not a hint of oil in it, amazing. As a Brazilian I would throw some lemon juice on it because this is how we like it, but I can get used to the Milan way paired with a good red wine. The food is well served and if you eat small portions, I'd suggest sharing a dish. My kids devoured their pasta but I ate 3/4 of my cotolleta. Wow wow wow. Thank you for the great food and time with you guys. ”
